SUBJECT: Services offered by the company.
1. Seminars, workshops and courses for ship owners and executives of shipping companies:
- Monitoring and administering of PSC activities for individual ships, prevention of detaining of vessels and recovery actions to lift detentions, crisis management of shipping activities (within all regional PSC MOU’s, EU Directives, IMO instruments and member states implementations)
- Carriage of goods by sea (International rules of responsibility, manual and e-bills of lading and preparation of other relevant documents, The Hague and Hague-Visby Rules),
- Implementation of P&I Club Rules and measures to prevent loss of benefits from P&I Club Cover,
- Contracts for seamen and minimizing of conflicts of interest of both ship owners and seamen, compliance with STCW and ILO No: 147 and relevant guidelines, Safe manning,
- Responsibilities and measures to be taken related to IMO and ILO Conventions,
- Criteria in choosing of flag states for ship owners and smooth process in arranging relations with flag states,

- Choosing of class societies and procedures should be taken into account for smooth progress regarding the arranging of relations with class societies,
